I want a refund for both accounts opened on this new system that I did not even have website information or a log in for until I was recently given them. I have repeatedly told the company that this is fraud and they keep telling me that since it is over 30 days they will not refund. This website showed the other 2 accounts that had been opened in ky name and I had been being charged for. ![]() I was then told that they had updated their system and given a link for another account login. I told them I have only ever had one account for one computer and I had checked my account online. I emailed MacPaw asking why I was being charge as my account already renewed in July. This year I noticed the second charge in august and I logged into my account and sure enough my account renewed in July. Then in September of 2021 they opened another account for me and charged me a third yearly rate. I then wound up paying for 2 accounts for a year. The company charge me for that account and from what they told me, upgraded their system and opened another account for me and charged me again for a year subscription in august 2020. ![]()
